الاحتياجات المهارية اللغوية للطلاب الدوليين في الجامعة الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات الـمهارية اللغوية للطلاب الدوليين في الجامعة الإسلامية بالـمدينة الـمنورة من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، في مجال مهارات الاستماع، والتحدث، والقراءة، والكتابة، مع الكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) تعزى إلى متغيرات (التخصص، والجنسية)، واستخدم الباحث الـمنهج الوصفي الـمسحي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية من طلاب معهد اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، والكليات النظرية بالجامعة الإسلامية بالـمدينة الـمنورة، وقد بلغ عددهم (225) منهم (202) طالباً، و(23) عضو هيئة تدريس، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، أظهرت النتائج تحقق الاحتياجات الـمهارية اللغوية لدى الطلاب الدوليين في الجامعة بدرجة عالية، حيث بلغ الـمتوسط العام، (3.28).
وجاء مجال " مهارات-الاستماع " في الـمرتبة الأولى كأكثر الاحتياجات للـمهارات اللغوية للطلاب الدوليين في الجامعة الإسلامية، وذلك بمتوسط حسابي (3.37) أي بدرجة عالية، وجاء في الـمرتبة الثانية للاحتياجات الـمهارية اللغوية مجال " مهارات-القراءة" بمتوسط حسابي (3.33)، وانحراف معياري (0.48)، وجاء في الـمرتبة الثالثة للاحتياجات الـمهارية اللغوية مجال "مهارات-الكتابة " بمتوسط حسابي (3.29)، وجاء في الـمرتبة الاخيرة للاحتياجات الـمهارية اللغوية مجال مهارات- التحدث بمتوسط (3.28)، واستناداً للنتائج أوصى الباحث بإقامة برامج تدريبة إثرائية للطلاب الدوليين في الـمهارات اللغوية وفق احتياجاتهم
Abstract: The research aimed to identify the linguistic skill needs of international students at the Islamic University of Madinah from the point of view of students and faculty members in the field of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with revealing whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) attributed to the variables (specialization, nationality). The research used the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was applied to a random sample of students from the Arabic Language Institute for non-native speakers, and colleges of social sciences at the Islamic University in Madinah. The sample reached (225), (202) students, and (23) faculty members. After analyzing the data using the (SPSS) program, the results showed that the language skills needs of international students at the university were met with a high degree, as the general average was (3.28).
The highest field of linguistic skill needs, the field of "listening-skills", ranked first as the most needs for language skills for international students at the Islamic University, with an arithmetic mean of (3.37), i.e. a high degree. The field of "reading-skills" came in the second rank for language skills needs, with an arithmetic mean. (3.33), and a standard deviation of (0.48), and the third place came for the linguistic skill needs in the field of “writing skills” with an arithmetic mean of (3.29), and in the last place for the language skill needs in the field of speaking skills with an average of (3.28). The research recommended establishing Enriching training programs for international students in language skills according to their needs.
